Favorite quotes from Outlander: The Garrison Commander

Saturday's episode of Outlander, "The Garrison Commander," took us into darkness as we got to know the true heart of Black Jack Randall. It wasn't pretty. However, it did make for what I think is the best installment of the series thus far. Wow.
