Supplies you'll need:
- Chopper template printed on card stock, 6 inches wide (template below)
- Black tote bag
- Stiffened orange felt
- Fabric glue
- X-acto knife and cutting mat
Print Chopper onto a piece of card stock. If you have to print him on regular paper, cut him out with a X-acto knife and trace the template onto thicker paper. Then, trace that onto a piece of stiffened orange felt. Cut Chopper from felt with a X-acto knife.
Mark where you want to place Chopper on the front of the bag, spread a thin layer of fabric glue on the back of Chopper, and press the orange felt onto the black bag. I put a heavy book on top of Chopper until the glue dried.
Take Chopper out with you when yo go trick-or-treating, just don't channel any of his grumpiness when you ask for candy!
